Create a personalized plan for your new workout routine! May include functional strength testing, balance/fall risk assessments or cardiovascular testing. All 1-on-1 training begins here.
Hour-long, individualized workout based on your personal needs. May include strength, balance, cognitive-motor dual tasking or cardiovascular training.
Need shorter sessions? Try half-hour personalized training sessions. These work well for people with chronic conditions that are unable to tolerate more than 30 minutes of continuous activity, or those that want intense bursts of exercise.
Have a friend or family member near your physical activity level that you'd like to work out with? Duet sessions are a fun, interactive way to work out.

About/Contact Me
Hi, I'm Jacq! I live and work in Tucson, AZ with my wife and three dogs. I graduated with my BA in Psychology from the University of Washington in 2013, and my AAS in Physical Therapy Assistant in Kirkland, WA in 2018. I worked in physical therapy in the outpatient and home health settings for 5 years, during which time I earned my Advanced Proficiency throught the APTA in Geriatrics. During this time, my private personal training practice grew exponentially, and I have now transitioned to full-time in-home personal training. My many hobbies include pottery, camping and reading.
I also teach a community-based fall-prevention class for Banner in their Wellness Gym on E. River Rd and Hacienda del Sol. I introduce new cohorts every 6 months. Please feel free to reach out to learn more!
